3 ancient Tibetan recipes for your heart’s health and longevity

Tibetan medicine is one of the oldest ones in the world.

  • 5 g of sliced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • a pinch of anis


Boil two liters of water and let it simmer for five minutes.

When the water cools down, add the sliced ginger, the lemon juice, the honey, the cayenne pepper and the anis.

You can drink this tea throughout the whole day or you can have a cup of it before each meal. The given quantity of ingredients refers to preparing tea for three or four persons.

  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • juice from 10 lemons
  • 1 kg of honey


Cut the ten cloves of garlic in tiny pieces and mix it with a kilogram of honey and the juice from ten lemons.

Pour the mixture in a glass bottle, close the bottle and let it aside for about eight to ten days.

After your remedy is completely prepared, consume a tablespoon of this natural elixir twice a day, in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before your last meal.
